- Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to customer’s senior leadership, effectively communicating the strategic value and competitive advantages of Singtel Cybersecurity solutions based on Palo Alto technologies.
- Tailor presentations to align with the business objectives and priorities of senior executives, demonstrating how our solutions can drive their success.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to secure buy-in and commitment.
- To elevate our value proposition to customers by leveraging the AI capabilities of Palo Alto in our solutions and emphasising the operational, commercial and other benefits to customers
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, market research, and inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked and managed.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, and present tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Track and report on pipeline progress and key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue generated.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets for the financial year
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events to promote Palo Alto solutions, including product launches, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, promotional materials, and communication plans to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Engage with attendees during events to demonstrate the value and capabilities of Palo Alto solutions, answer questions, and build relationships with potential customers.
- Collect and analyze feedback from event participants to improve future events and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and manage PoC initiatives to showcase the effectiveness of Palo Alto solutions to potential customers, ensuring that all necessary resources and support are in place.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to design and execute PoC scenarios that address the specific needs and challenges of each customer.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the PoC process, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of Palo Alto solutions.
- Document and present the results of PoCs to customers, highlighting the key benefits and performance improvements achieved.
- Develop and conduct workshops to educate customers on Palo Alto solutions, including hands-on training sessions, technical deep dives, and best practices.
- Create engaging and informative workshop materials, such as presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises, to facilitate learning and retention.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that workshop content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of the audience.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and activities during workshops to enhance customer understanding and adoption of Palo Alto solutions.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of Palo Alto solutions to showcase their features, benefits, and real-world applications.
- Customize demonstrations to address the specific needs and challenges of each customer, highlighting how Palo Alto solutions can solve their problems.
