
Product Manager, Data Centre

- Develop and manage product strategies and lifecycle for Data Centre services.
- Lead regional Data Centre development initiatives and establish strategic partnerships in key markets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build business cases and manage budgets.
- Design, review, and enhance product features, pricing models, operational processes, and policies.
- Drive market share growth, revenue generation, and profitability improvement.
- Identify and develop differentiated products by analyzing market trends, technological advancements, and customer challenges.
- Benchmark against competitors to enhance product features, pricing, and processes for market competitiveness.
- Optimize product costs through technology upgrades, process improvements, and cost control initiatives.
- Conduct business and financial analysis to support new product development and customization of existing product to meet specific customer needs.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, systems, and processes are in place to improve internal efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management or Data Centre services.
- Professional certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, ITIL, and PMP are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and people management skills.
