Leading Analog and Power tech roadmap definition and strategy. Provide competitive, innovative and differentiated analog and power solutions to support the growth of Power product line business.What You Will DoDefine Analog device FOMs and Power technology high voltage device architecture.Conduct pathfinding assessment on innovation in Analog and Power technologies for future roadmap pipeline.Leading engagement with customers on Analog and Power requirements.Work with Product Management and End Market teams on translation of market and product requirements into device or process-level attributes and FOMs.Provide and guide Analog and Power solutions in tech development.Guide and define technology enablement requirements (modeling, PDK , design rule, reliability, reference designs etc) for analog and power technology.Agile and good people communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams (Prod Mgm, End Market, FAEs, Modeling, reliability, PDK, design enablement, fab , etc)Guide fab team on resolution of analog or power product-process issues.Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programRequired Qualifications15years' experience in analog and power device design and characterization, such as LDMOS, EDMOS, HV bipolars, etc.MS/PhD in the electrical engineering (or equivalent)Good understanding of device physics fundamentalsDesign knowledge on analog and power circuitry or product applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Process development experience in High Voltage CMOS, BCD and analog devices.Good understanding of IC fabrication processesExperience working with wafer fabs.GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
