Responsibilities:Manage space allocation for assigned loops in the Trans Pacific (TP) Trade, ensuring maximum vessel utilization and optimal yield.Develop and implement space management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Execute account plans to meet customer space allocation and utilization needs.Liaise closely with Port of Loading (POL) officers for real-time vessel utilization and market updates.Optimize inter-port space and Wayport usage across assigned services.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total lift, contribution margin, utilization, and roll pool.Oversee transshipment operations in line with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with the Container Flow Management team to support effective container repositioning.Participate in and contribute to various department or cross-functional projects as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the container shipping industry, preferably with a focus on space management, vessel utilization, or trade operations.Strong understanding of global shipping networks, port operations, and trade regulations.Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across departments and regions.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure work environments with multiple tasks.
