Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence. Collaborate with process development, manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, high volume manufacturing capable equipment on time. Enable FOAK equipment capacity for effective transfer, pilot ramp and maturing of equipment (EMI) to achieve TECHNODE gate criteria. Engage with Procurement & Operations Central Teams and lead worldwide alignment efforts across technology to improve area equipment effectiveness. This position requires communications and collaboration with partners both locally and globally. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Materials Science or similar related field. Experience as lead or supervisor would be advantageous. At least 3 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry with CVD and/or Diffusion equipment background and strong organizational and technical skills with demonstrated success in engagement with worldwide teams. Demonstrated ability to lead successful projects and experience overseeing a process engineering team. Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to take calculated risks challenging oneself and others to execute on new solutions. An excellent mentor, team builder, motivator and technical expert with proven ability to solicit feedback, accept input, and analyze success/failure.
