Mechanical Engineer

• Conduct engineering for mechanical system, thermal and fluid system of projects including its P&ID, functional description, technical specification, installation, sizing and related standards in compliance with specification requirements & related code of practice.
• Perform project supervision and coordination work for the installation of the mechanical system of respective package.
• Manage and communicate with design team and site erection team related to instrumentation and automation activities.
• Enforce M&E installation quality control and testing for compliance of standards & specification.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, contractors and customers.
• Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning work.
• Preparation of documentation for erection, testing & commissioning and O&M manual.
• Other instructions by management.

• Higher Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Power and Environmental Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in design, engineering, construction or operations of process plant.
• Familiar with process engineering, mechanical system and their standards in related discipline.
• Related working experience in waste-to-energy plants, thermal power plants, process industries and/or mechanical handling equipment.
• Knowledge in engineering, planning and thermal design software would be preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in project management would be an advantage.
