1. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies;
2. Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team;
3. Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals;
4. Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way;
5. Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration;
6. Dive deep into data and root cause issues. Proactively identify and solve problems;
7. Partner with HR tools team to develop reports, analysis, and presentations for business review and decision-making.Responsibilities:
1. Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels;
2. Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships;
3. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques);
4. Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth;
5. Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams;
6. Be the ambassador of TikTok's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
