- Assist Director in compiling accounting related report and monitoring daily accounting operations.
- Oversee a team of finance staff , Singapore and Malaysia
- Manage daily cash flow and compliance in the cash flow processes
- Responsible for monitoring of day-to-day accounting operations related issues
- Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
- Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports in accordance with Company and Corporate deadlines.
- Strong in reporting and ensure accuracy and timely submission of local and overseas subsidiaries monthly reports to Head Office
- Guidance and supervision of finance team.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers
- Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
- ACCA or any related Finance, Business discipline, min Bachelor or Master in Accountancy
- At least 10 years of working experience in full set accounting with oversea subsidiaries experience
- Experience from MNC, manufacturing industry with managerial experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Effective communication skills, a strong leadership skills and analytical skills.
- Meticulous , attention to details, good team player and independent.
- Able to follow up and coordinate with inter-department.
