- Manage a regional team of P&E analysts, including workload distribution, mentorship, and professional development
- Set clear goals, monitor performance metrics and workflow health, and coach team members to achieve high standards of execution
- Foster an inclusive, resilient team culture that supports sustainability and growth
- Oversee regional sweeps and trend investigations, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of mitigation work
- Drive process improvements, workflow refinements, and adoption of automation tools
- Act as a regional point of contact for policy, product, and other stakeholders in coordinated enforcement efforts or business needsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in trust & safety or risk management with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver under pressure in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical thinking and operational acumen; experience using data to monitor performance and guide decisions
- Deep understanding of content moderation systems, enforcement tools, and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross-functional partners (e.g. policy, product, operations)Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading teams responsible for incident response, enforcement, or content risk mitigation at scale
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving risk landscapes; ability to drive clarity and structure for others
- Experience with operational tooling, automation, or data analysis (e.g. SQL, dashboarding tools)
- Knowledge of specific high-risk content areas such as misinformation, hate speech, or safety-related harms
