Executive, Distribution-Support (01-Year Contract)

• Make outbound renewal calling related to Liberty renewal retention
• Handle the respective channels mailbox (to answer to all customer queries related to their renewals).
• Assist the Manager in the day to day correspondence for all motor matters related to the Dealership Channel.
• Liaising with the respective motor UWs for product matters, CPD trainings and premium appeals.
• Liaising with the operation team for CI issuance.
• Handling all matters related to the Dealership channel. Main focus will be ensuring a high level of renewal retention.

• With GI Certification (including BCP, PGI, CGI)
• Preferrable with Telemarketing or call center experience
• Experience in handling customers
• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Subject to business need and performance of the successful candidate, the contract duration maybe extended/renewed per mutual agreement.
