Desktop Engineer

Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device
Setting up new workstations, installing and configuring software and hardware, and managing user accounts
Monitoring. Troubleshoot. Windows Laptop/Printer
Responsible for troubleshooting in Operating system
Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
Ensuring proper network connectivity for all workstations and troubleshooting network issues.
Desktop Support through remote access
Coordination with clients and customer regarding their problems
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned / required
