We are hiring a temp admin staff to support Social Work Practicum Administration in NSHD.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities will focus largely on the following:Field Supervisor Document ChecksFollow up on missing google form registration & quiz submissionCollate & follow up on missing documents (CV, Certificates, Transcript)Assist in registering FS into system & uploading of documentsPrepare 3 party contract info for OAM contract creationEmail & follow up on the signed copyStudent Document ChecksCollate & follow up on missing documents (CV, Student Declaration Form, Confidentiality Form)Checking of students' forms for signature & declarationCompile students' declarationsChecking of students' assignment submission in CANVAS learning management systemFollow up with students on any incomplete or missing assignmentsOrganisation Information ChecksTo update current “Organisation Contact List” with the latest contact person infoCompilation of FAQsOther ad-hoc duties assignedJob Requirements
Minimum diploma holder
Commitment Period: 2 May 24 to 27 Dec 24, 3 Days/Week
