  • Research and underwrite real estate debt opportunities
  • Build financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses
  • Prepare investment memos and support deal execution
  • Monitor portfolio performance and review budgets/capital plans
  • Compile market, industry, and asset-level data
Your Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years' relevant experience (real estate banking/investment preferred; juniors also considered)
  • Strong modeling, analytical, and research skills
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and a strong team player
