$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
Understanding Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept.
To design and draw for Building services, eg Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc
To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards.
Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions.
Update and maintain current drawings / documentation.

Requirements

NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Building & Construction is a plus.
Flexible and proactive attitude.
