- Support the Management Team in providing counsel and motivation to employees around organizational practices in the areas of diversity, inclusion, Core Values and HR policies and practices
- Act as a mediator and resource for employees, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts, addressing concerns and maintaining positive employee relations
- Provide advisory for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management
- Assist on the administration, documentation and tracking of new employees' recruitment and onboarding briefings
- General administration and periodic reports relating to employee benefits, attendance, overtime records, course schedules, work pass renewals etc.
- Update HR records in HR software management system
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
