Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Singapore logistics market.Expand and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.Promote customer retention and drive Air & Ocean freight RFQs/tenders in coordination with the Procurement/Pricing team.Support daily sales activities, including cold calling, preparing proposals, presentations, and responding to client inquiries.Report sales performance during regular internal reviews.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Air, Ocean, or Contract Logistics).Proven field sales and customer outreach experience; ability to work independently.Comfortable with cold calling and achieving new business wins.Strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Existing network in any vertical market is an advantage.Knowledge of freight operations and billing is a plus.
