- Play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that our RPA solutions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Learn to compile comprehensive progress reports, contributing to the management and resolution of any project risks or issues.
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with GenAI is highly regarded.
- Assist with monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and key risk events
- Assist with collation and analysis of business information, financials and credit history of business unit customers
- Assist in the review and drafting of relevant Compliance policies / guidelines
- Contribute to various Enterprise Risk Management / Credit Risk / Compliance projects
- Support the team in the planning and preparation of internal training workshops
- Learn and support data ingestion from various sources.
- Design the data structure to support analytics.
- Cleansing, parsing and validation of data.
- Build analytics that support business decisions.
- Automate Data Feeds and Dashboard Refresh.
- Design the visualization layer to represent data in most engaging ways.
- Design and train models for predictive / prescriptive analytics for business cases with recommendations.
- Present and promote user adoption of dashboards or reports.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, or policy reviews.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist in compliance-related tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that aligns with our brand messaging and values
- Collaborate with the team to understand business goals and create bespoke content to target desired demographics
- Film and edit high-quality videos
- Create and maintain a content calendar for YouTube/TikTok to ensure regular posting and engagement with our audience
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and engaging
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess the success of our video content and make recommendations on improvements
- Work with the team to brainstorm ideas for new video series, campaigns, and other creative initiatives to keep our audience engaged, and grow our followers
- Conduct market research and analyse the competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market
- Develop creative concepts and conceptualise ideas that greater defines brand identity, aligned with our company's mission and values
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the brand strategy across all touchpoints, including digital and traditional media, website, social media, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate and assist in creation / enhancement of branding assets such as logos, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities, liaisons with tenants and vendors
- Handle programme-related enquiries and/or feedback, ensuring prompt and effective response
- Take care of programme device management including online and/or onsite trainings
- Assist in setting up members’ engagement campaigns/communications on programme’s digital channels
- Update website content, circular and promotional materials
- Track and prepare reports for weekly/monthly meetings or as required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
- Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
- Ensure that residents’ request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay
- Provide all residents with accurate and in-depth information upon their request; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events
- Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
- Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required
- Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
- Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends / public holidays
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- High motivation and readiness to take on new challenges with entrepreneurial spirit
