After School Engagement ServicesContract PeriodBase Year 1: 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026Base Year 2: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027Work Location: Lower Delta Road, SingaporeWorking HoursMonday to Friday (School Terms Only)2:00 PM – 5:00 PM9 Months (January, February, March, April, May, July, August, September, October)Scope of ServicesAfter School Engagement ServicesKey Responsibilities:Supervision & Safety – Ensure a safe and conducive environment for students by monitoring activities, maintaining discipline, and addressing concerns.Preferably possess First Aid certification.If not certified, the selected personnel must attend school-provided First Aid training.In the event of resignation/termination, the contractor must replace with equally First Aid–qualified personnel.Student Engagement & Support – Build positive relationships, provide emotional support, and encourage active participation in structured after-school activities.Programme Coordination – Assist in planning, implementing, and supervising enrichment programmes, study sessions, and recreational activities.Collaboration & Communication – Work with teachers and the school committee to support students’ holistic development and address behavioural concerns.Administrative Duties – Maintain accurate records including attendance, progress tracking, and feedback collection.Parental Engagement – Contact parents when students are absent on their Lighthouse days and maintain good rapport with target students and families.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience in After School Engagement Services, preferably in a school environment.Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.Ability to manage students effectively and foster a positive, supportive environment.First Aid certification (preferred, but training will be provided if not available).
