- Bug Documentation: Identify, document, and track bugs using project management tools; create detailed bug reports with screenshots and reproduction steps
- User Journey Testing: Test complete user flows from merchant onboarding to booking management, ensuring seamless experiences and usability
- Browser and Device Testing: Verify platform compatibility across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression tests after updates and new feature releases
- Test Case Development: Create and maintain test cases and testing protocols for recurring validation processes
- Merchant Onboarding Support: Assist new outlets with platform setup, profile optimization, and initial training
- Data Quality Management: Review and validate merchant listings, ensuring accurate information, proper categorization, and quality imagery
- Customer Support: Handle basic merchant inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Market Research: Monitor competitor platforms, identify feature gaps, and compile insights on industry trends
- Process Documentation: Help document operational processes and create user guides for merchants
- Diploma/degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Open to fresh graduates or up to professionals with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of web browsers, mobile apps, and digital platforms
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation tools
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
- Previous internship or project experience in QA, operations, or customer service
- Familiarity with beauty/wellness industry or marketplace platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or web technologies
- Experience with project management or task tracking tools (Github Projects, Notion, etc.)
