Monday to Friday 7.50am to 4.55pm
Tuas (Transport provided Islandwide)
Permanent Position

Support and monitor customer trial lot running and qualification schedule
Making engineering documentation and instruction document to production
Maintain the integrity of engineering documentation and specification
Align with related department to revise the technical documentation according to customer specification change
Create or revise existing product specification
Generate qualification &1st mass production report for trial product
Support the internal or external customer audit & stock take activities.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in semiconductor or IC package assembly is preferred.
