- Engage the client's IT users directly in project delivery matters and schedules, including fronting presentations to the IT users across the organization
- Schedule onsite visits and delivery of project implementations with the client's IT users.
- Manage the IT infrastructure project services delivery team(s) of the incumbent vendor (NCS)
- Perform monitoring, tracking and reporting of projects to the client's management
- Govern the vendor's (NCS) project delivery execution to ensure compliance to client's and IT users' IT and security policies and directives
- Govern the vendor's (NCS) project delivery schedules to ensure timely project delivery
- Review and govern the vendor's (NCS) project deliverables (e.g., presentations, service reports, project reports, technical documentation) - this includes ensuring thoroughness and quality of vendor's project and technical documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of project services delivery to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity.
- Collaborate with vendor's (NCS) Project Manager to mitigate and/or eliminate risks to project delivery that are identified and raised by the Project Manager. Where relevant, work with client's management team and/or IT users to mitigate or minimize risks.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends that directly relate to specific customer's business strategies.
- Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of IT project management experience in the development, implementation and support of IT infrastructure projects
- Competent communication skills such as in delivering presentations, communicating with users and users' management, confidence in speaking
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Organising and planning skills
- Possesses some technical and/or infrastructure working knowledge
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills including persuasive techniques.
- Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
- Able and willing to travel within Singapore as required
