Requirements:
  • Experience of working in clinical environment.
  • Experience in General Imaging / Ultrasound equipment.
  • Experience in teaching and/ or mentoring others on medical equipment.
  • Sales/ Negotiation Skills.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Strong communicators and collaborators with exceptional oral and written communication to diverse audiences; effective & engaging presentation skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Medical Science, Ultrasound or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Product/ Application specialist/ Radiographer/Sonographer in medical related areas.
  • Required Skill(s): • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, • Sales/ Negotiation Skills., • Good organisation and time management
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Medical Application Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Scopes:
  • Demonstration of ultrasound products at customer sites/ hospitals and at conferences/ trade shows
  • Assisting Sales Specialists by providing specialist sales support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to the best advantage.
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
  • Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
  • Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within the assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies and market intelligence.
  • Responsible in providing training to sales team internally and also providing training to customers during installation
  • Involve in product marketing and launch strategy.
  • Work closely with technical service and sales team to provide support during demo and post demo on-sites.
