- 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturday off)
- Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Maintain accurate customer records and fee payment status
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Issue invoices and review Payment status
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
- Prepare simple reports
- Patient Communication: Act as the main liaison for patients, addressing inquiries
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider availability and patient convenience.
- Insurance Credit Advice: Advising patient with best options related to managing insurance policies for medical treatment
- Insurance and Billing Support: Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries, coordinating with the billing department as needed.
- Follow-Up Care: Monitor patient progress, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence to support the healthcare team.
- ‘Fresh A’ level , diploma or university graduates can apply
- 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience will be added advantage.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently
- Immediate availability preferred
