An exciting Procurement Executive role has been made available within an established logistics company. This is a newly created role as part of business expansion here in Singapore and it is an individual contributor role. This firm focuses on various logistics solutions.
About the Procurement Executive Role:
The Procurement Executive is responsible for forecasting, material planning, and procurement functions in line with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Deploy organization's procurement activities based on established product specifications and customer needs in accordance with the company's ESG guidelines and policies
- Address customer dissatisfaction with products, and service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues in support of the company's supply chain operations.
- Verify inventory needs by gathering inventory-related information from customers to determine customer requirements.
- File electronic and hardcopy documents according to standard procedures and requirements.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent professional qualifications requires a minimum of 1-year working experience.
- A diploma in Supply Chain requires a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
