Licensing DivisionPurpose of JobAs part of the SFA's centralized enforcement administration team, you will be responsible to track and follow up on Summons, Notice of Offer of Composition Sum (NOC), Letter of Warning (LoW) and manage the administration of Warrant of Arrest (WA) in accordance with the relevant Legislation, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and/or guidelines in a timely manner.What you will be working on:Duties:
- Assess, investigate and process enforcement requests within a stipulated timeframe and in accordance to legislations
- Manage and advice on matters related to enforcement requests
- Undertake administrative duties related to enforcement
- Maintain and update e-database of enforcement data
- Gather and maintain enforcement related data
- Participate in change management and work improvement activities and projects
- Explore digital technologies solutions for work improvements
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook)
- Good writing skills
- Highly self-motivated and committed
- Able to handle and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous and analytical
- Mature, independent and resourceful
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
- Experience in operational work, with regulatory and enforcement background will be an advantage. Other Information
SFA HQ at JEM Office TowerAbout Singapore Food Agency:The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is a new Statutory Board formed under the 'Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) to oversee food safety and security. The SFA will serve as the single point of contact for public feedback on food-related issues, and strengthen management of foodborne disease outbreaks to protect public health. The SFA will also facilitate more business-friendly regulations with oversight of all food safety policies and consolidation of food laboratory capabilities to deepen competencies in food diagnostics, and research and development in food safety.
