At our core, we want our brands to stick around for a long time (so we get to enjoy them too!) and we do everything to ensure it’s a win-win for both parties.Location: East (7 mins from Eunos MRT)Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce & Marketing Executive to manage our online sales platforms while supporting offline exhibitions, expos, and fairs.This is a hybrid role that blends eCommerce operations, marketing, logistics coordination, and event support. You’ll oversee end-to-end online store management, drive digital campaigns, and help bring our brands to life during physical trade events.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & Order FulfilmentHandle picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders for both local and international shipments.Coordinate with logistics partners (international and local last-mile) and manage customer self-pickups.Reconcile sales, returns, payments, and platform fees with the finance and operations teams.Receive, QC, unpack, sort, and shelve incoming shipments.Inventory & Warehouse ManagementMonitor and maintain optimal stock levels across platforms and physical storage.Conduct accurate and regular stock-takes to ensure smooth operations.Work with part-timers/ad-hoc staff to maintain warehouse tidiness, cleanliness, and efficiency.Platform ManagementIndependently manage eCommerce platforms: Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and social commerce (WhatsApp sales, groupbuys, etc.).Maintain and optimize product listings — titles, descriptions, images, SEO, and pricing — ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.Plan and execute major online campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, Payday Sales) across platforms.Utilize advertising tools such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive traffic and conversionsOversee go-to-market strategies for brands, including pricing, positioning, launches, and promotions.Preparation for live streams and liaising with KOLs/influencers for partnerships, affiliate sales, and brand activations.Exhibitions, Expos & FairsSupport the team during trade shows, exhibitions, pop-up fairs, and events.Assist with booth setup, product display, and on-site customer engagement.Actively promote products and give customers accurate, up-to-date product information.BenefitsHybrid work (flexible start timing from 9am-11am)Staff discounts on all productsRetention bonus for every year of serviceReimbursements for mobile phone spend & health expensesRequirements2-5 years’ experience in eCommerce or operations roles, or a hungry, motivated fresh graduate from any diploma/degreeAble to commit weekends for fairs at least 1x a quarter, with off-in-lieu as compensationNot afraid of physical work with pick & pack or handling shipmentsGenuine interest in baby, children & parent productsApplication InstructionsSend a simple CV to or text +65 8804 2400 to apply!Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
