With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As a Customer Service Intern, you will support, maintain, and streamline back-end operations to ensure efficient order processing and service delivery. You will assist in maintaining and cleaning up product packaging data, liaising with the warehouse on packing-related queries, and supporting administrative functions such as document archiving, sorting incoming packages, and coordinating local deliveries. This role offers hands-on experience in operational support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration within a customer service environment.What you will do
  • Maintain and clean up product packaging data to support accurate and efficient warehouse picking and packing operations
  • Data maintenance to facilitate sales and service order processing
  • Provide back-end support to Customer Service team (eg., document archiving, sorting of incoming packages, co-ordinate local deliveries via 3rd party courier service).
What you bring
  • Undergraduate in Supply Chain, Operation Management or any related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Interest in back-end operations
  • Meticulous and highly organized.
