- Oversee Accounts staff in administering the overall financial functions and information systems encompassing monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Participate in planning and advise the Managing Director in financial-related matters.
- Handle all corporate tax and GST matters.
- Supervise the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and handle full set of accounts.
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, such as payroll, recruitment, and HR policy.
- Provide consolidated financial statements, management reports and budgets, including financial analysis and review.
- Analysis of balance sheet.
- Ensure timely submission of financial statements and management reports.
- Administer daily financial operations upholding strict compliance to financial policies and regulations.
- Manage the company's Fixed Assets.
- Develop and implement internal control process and procedure documentation.
- Management of treasury operations including cash flow for all countries, credit control, foreign exchange management, banker's guarantees and trade financing (Import & Export LC).
- Execute inter-company reconciliation and oversee yearly stock-take.
- Review and prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and management reports of overseas operations in regional countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Taiwan).
- Work with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and relevant authorities.
- Supervision of overseas Administrators and Accounts staff.
- Act in the capacity of the company's Data Protection Officer.
- Management of accounting system and CorpPass.
- Oversee the operations management system.
- Perform any other tasks as the need arises.
- Degree or professional accountancy qualification recognized by ISCA.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- Strong accounting knowledge and application of accounting standards.
- Experienced in financial consolidation and audit processes.
- Regional accounting experience is highly preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Must be able to communicate with our overseas offices, including Chinese-speaking associates)
- Proficient in Accounting Software (preferably in Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central) and Microsoft Office.
