- Attend to public enquiries and redirect to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and other operational materials.
- Management and maintenance of database system and ensure all records are updated promptly.
- Administration of events on various platforms and provide regular reporting on event sign ups status.
- Assist to plan, manage and execute events and training.
- Create impact and attendance report post events/trainings for stakeholder reporting.
- Provide admin support where needed to other departments.
- Provide physical and logistic support for all events/trainings.
- Attend to public enquiries and redirect to relevant stakeholders.
- Record participants and volunteers’ involvement in corporate/community events, training and activities.
- Follow up with participants and volunteers to close up any communication/training gaps.
- Attend to enquiries from volunteers and other stakeholders.
- Work with Community Engagement team with reaching out to community to recruit volunteers.
- Organise and deliver onboarding, briefing and training sessions for volunteers.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to engage their volunteers for volunteering events that GB organises.
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to conduct meetings and updates.
- Conceptualise, manage and execute activities to engage citizens within designated communities to achieve a certain set of KPIs.
- Reach out to different partners to support point 1 and 2.
- Track and share metrics of projects and progress.
- Provide facilitation support for activities/events/ training programmes.
- Other duties as assigned by management team.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community outreach, engagement, partnership development, or a similar role.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in community relations or nonprofit management are a plus.
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and partnership development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate community programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Comfortable working with different IT systems on a daily basis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
