THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the teamPerform administrative functions within the department, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate departments on the propertyCollate and distribute incoming and outgoing mailAnswer correspondence and compose meeting minutes and other department communicationsOrganize and maintain file system; file correspondence and other recordsAnswer and screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver messagesCoordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities and record and transcribe minutes of meetings.Gather reference materials, compile and type statistical reports.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.Arrange and coordinate travel for team membersInput and update roster and leave recordsMaintain the department’s yearly budget planning and submit forecasts in a timely mannerRequest onboarding essentials for new/transferred Team MemberRaise purchase orders for pantry, stationery and other operating supplies when neededRaise IT requests, external training requests, visitor passes and other ad hoc requests for departmentConsolidation and distribution of meeting materials for meetingsPerform other related duties as assignedRepresent Marina Bay Sands in a positive and professional mannerJob RequirementsEducation & CertificationDiploma in any discipline preferredExperienceMinimum two years’ experience in an office settingOther PrerequisitesAbility to communicate in English both in oral and written form, interpersonal skills and professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company’s appearance standards.Maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.Working knowledge of both MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS OutlookWorking knowledge of SAP is a plusGood communication skills, both written and oralMarina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
