An infrastructure Senior System Engineer is a professional responsible for managing and maintaining the Windows-based infrastructure and associated technologies within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure the stability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems and applications.· Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure solutions and systems.· AWS Cloud administration.· Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of Windows servers and systems.· Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other related services.· Configure and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (eg. Vmware, Hyper-V.· Configure and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, storage, and security.· Administration of middleware productions, WAF, CDN, ALB, NLB and NetScaler.· Install, configure, and manager Windows/UNIX servers and services at datacenters.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support enterprise-wide solutions.· Perform routine system and application updates, patches, and updates.· Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.· Provide level 2 and level 3 support for Windows-related issues.· Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and application deployments.
