- Exposure to real-world products in trading, payments, and digital finance
- Create and maintain a design system and communicate it effectively across teams.
- Translate requirements into high-fidelity designs and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
- Deeply understand user journeys in the FinTech domain to improve workflows and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineers, product teams, and designers to shape a seamless product experience.
- Continuously propose future UI/UX improvements and explore design innovation.
- at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, wireframes, user flows, and final outputs.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
