We're currently representing a private equity backed Digital Infrastructure Operator in seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Singapore, reporting to the System Manager. - Technical Maintenance: Perform hands-on maintenance activities for Electrical, ACMV, and Fire systems, and manage contractors for preventive maintenance.
- Preventative Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement programs to ensure optimal operation and equipment reliability.
- Inspections and Assessments: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/MECHANICAL Engineering or Building Services.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in critical facility maintenance and operations.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, with experience in critical facility management software.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP) are a plus.If you are interested to find out more, apply now!
