  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Undergraduates who will be graduate by July 2026 are eligible to apply.
  • Have less than two years of work experience.
  • Are passionate about technology and driving impact.
  • Demonstrate a strong record of leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Are agile and motivated to thrive in a global, dynamic business environment
