
Embedded Hardware Engineer

- Design and develop schematic and PCB layouts for embedded hardware systems.
- Perform component selection, circuit design, and validation based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct circuit-level analysis and troubleshooting to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
- Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators for testing and debugging.
- Perform hand soldering and rework of prototypes as needed.
- Support the hardware validation and verification process through rigorous testing.
- Document designs, processes, and test results in accordance with engineering standards.
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in embedded hardware design.
- Strong hands-on experience in schematic capture and PCB layout using tools such as Cadence, OrCAD, or KiCad.
- Proficiency with lab instruments and tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Excellent circuit-level analysis and troubleshooting skills. At least 2 years of experience working directly on embedded systems development.
- Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles. Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis, Knowledge of EMC/EMI design practices and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with embedded software/firmware concepts, Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for test (DFT) practices.
