- Manage a portfolio of assigned high-value IT accounts, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and present impactful solutions that address client challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that are mutually beneficial.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize client relationships.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and forecasts to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in IT account management, preferably within the IT Consulting/Solutioning industry.
- A strong track-record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the IT landscape, emerging technologies, and their business implications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field required.
