
Human Resources Generalist - Intern

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding formalities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Prepare basic HR reports and support documentation
- Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team
- Eagerness to learn
- Prior internship or exposure to HR is a plus, but not mandatory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Singaporean Residency or eligibility to work unrestricted full time.
- Fresh graduate in Business Management, Business Administration, HR, or related fields
