Job Responsibilities

Ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

NITEC / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Order Fulfilment / Operations Management.
Comfortable in interfacing with suppliers and customers.
Prior experience in SAP will be advantageous.
Able to commence employment at a short notice will be advantageous.
Working Location: Ubi.
