- Design and generate master label, leaflet and codebreak envelope proofs in accordance with Almac/customer specification.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, supply and control of printed and pre-printed materials.
- Check Master Label Approvals and generate randomised study databases
- Communicate effectively with all other departments to ensure that material and orders are managed effectively.
- Assist with the co-ordination of Customer audits/ visits when needed.
- Complete monthly production analysis figures e.g. timesheets, logs and reports.
- Assist in the generation and review of SOPs.
- Implement new computerised solutions applicable to the Label Control function.
- Execute projects within the Label Control department.
- Prepare relevant paperwork required for despatches according to distribution procedures, carrier’s requirements and customs regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, and carriers regarding invoice approvals, queries and amendments.
- Independently review the collated shipping paperwork relating to Drug Order Forms.
- Prepare and complete all relevant documentation.
- Other tasks as required by the supervisor.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Suite

- Prior experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience with label printers is advantageous
