- Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries.
- Provide information on clubhouse facilities and event space bookings.
- Manage facility bookings and coordinate with the corporate team for follow-up.
- Provide on-site event support, including registration, ushering, and basic AV set-up.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for logistics arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and lounge areas.
- Restock and organize pantry supplies and co-working amenities.
- Monitor clubhouse rules to ensure a pleasant and conducive environment.
- Perform daily closing duties such as shutting down systems and securing premises.
- Report incidents, member feedback, and maintenance issues to the corporate team.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or reception roles preferred.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with basic AV or event set-up tasks (training will be provided).
- Willing to work evening shifts; no weekend work required.
