- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Handle employee records, including attendance, leave, and benefits administration
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing office supplies and equipment
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and admin roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in logistic, marine or shipping industries will be added advantage
