- Develop and localise PR Marketing strategies according to the local marketing calendar. Together with the wider local and regional marketing teams, amplify brand visibility and support all major launches and repushes
- Work with Brand Team closely for campaign synergy, to maximize campaign impact
- Strong knowledge and understanding of local Media landscape to build and maintain relationships with both Media and Friends of Brand while keeping long-term sustenance plans in mind
- Handle Media enquiries, pitching for coverage, press releases and dissemination of press kits (Includes creative press kits)
- Organise, coordinate, and participate in Regional and/or Global press trips, if any
- Identify, build, grow and maintain a strong network of brand advocates in the local influencer community
- Organically pitch and evoke the interest of influencers in the brand
- Develop annual content calendar to guide and inspire influencer content creation
- Work closely with influencers to ensure that quality, always-on content is created
- Plan and execute ad-hoc events with external agency/partner as needed
- Continually monitor efficacy and ROI (quantitative and qualitative) of campaigns with tracking tools
- Review results and consistently apply learnings on an ongoing basis
- With the help of platforms and tools (Bazaarvoice, Launchmetrics etc.) and ad-hoc usage of agencies, building awareness, achieving top rankings in buzz (EMV) with positive net sentiments (brand health score) are to be top of mind
- Media monitoring with regular review and report for brand coverage
- Stay on top of industry trends, the latest influencer, digital and social media advancement with regular monitoring of the landscape and competitor activities to identify trends and best practices
- Curate and share these trends and best practices in influencer marketing to inspire other teams and markets
- Monitor press and media buzz and trending topics to identify opportunities for brand relevance and coverage
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant PR/Communication and Influencer Marketing experience in Luxury
- Owning a strong network of Local Media and KOL/KOC contacts and having existing relationship with local press and media will be an advantage
- An excellent communicator with strong copywriting capability. Creative ideation to be activated when required
