$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Creating & managing Revit project file for the ACMV systems using company's standard as specified in the BIM execution plan
Update and coordinate Revit model (e.g. pipe routings, duct routings, equipment families) throughout the project development
Perform interference/clash checking within own model and/or against other disciplines.
Generate shop drawings from the BIM model
Manage the project file maintaining minimal file size and unnecessary objects inside file for file credibility
Perform other drafting and modelling task relating to design and installation matters
Continuously improve knowledge of Revit software as well as other software used in BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or its relevant discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office / MEP Revit / AutoCAD / Naviswork is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
