- Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance, governance, and accurate financial records.
- Handle client onboarding which includes trust setup, KYC documents, and compliance forms for new clients.
- Keep client records updated, follow up on due diligence, and assist with bank account openings in line with compliance regulations
- Manage documentation, prepare resolutions, maintain organized files, and update corporate records.
- Handle invoices, track payments, assist with insurance, and support projects as needed.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trust or Corporate services.
- Detail-oriented, manage records accurately, analyze data effectively, and write clear reports.
- Ability to build strong client relationships, handle pressure calmly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with accuracy.
