Responsible for leading system-level engineering in product development, integrating electronics, firmware, optics, and mechanical domains to deliver robust, high-quality sensor solutions from concept to launch.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all technical aspects of product development and define system requirementsIdentify and mitigate technical constraints and risks throughout project lifecycleDevelop system architecture and domain decomposition meeting functional, safety, and cost targetsLead system test planning, verification, and optimization for quality and robustnessConduct feasibility studies for new technologies and methodsResolve product lifecycle issues, including failure analysis and cross-functional conflictsProvide hands-on technical leadership and support multidisciplinary collaboration✅ Ideal RequirementsBachelor's in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field10+ years R&D experience with embedded systems; involved in ≥5 full-cycle projectsHands-on experience in resolving embedded system design issuesStrong knowledge in EMC/EMI, electronics design, software development, and thermal managementSolid understanding of sensor technologies and operating principlesExperience in requirement engineering and V&VKnowledge of FMEA/PFMEA and statistical methods for sensor accuracyExposure to ML for sensor applications is a plusExcellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsProven technical leadership in cross-functional teamsIf you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please forward a copy of your full CV to melissa.lin@ambition.com.sgData provided is for recruitment purposes only.
