As our Communications & Engagement Intern, you’ll play a dual role:For APAC FPS: amplify awareness of how Roche is innovating through its squad model, build narratives that attract talent, and help create a movement that inspires collaboration across the region.For Roche Singapore Pharma: gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of corporate communications, supporting patient engagement campaigns, internal initiatives, and external media activities.This is a hands-on role where you’ll experience the breadth of communications in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment. You’ll work closely with the Pharma Singapore affiliate Public Affairs & Communications Lead and the regional FPS leadership team., supporting projects that reach internal and external audiences — including those focused on patient engagement.What You’ll Do:APAC Foundational Products Squad (FPS) – Regional FocusStorytelling & Branding: Craft compelling narratives and materials that highlight FPS innovation, impact, and purpose to external audiences.Talent Branding: Contribute to campaigns that position Roche FPS as an attractive place for top talent, building awareness of our squad model across APAC.Movement-Building: Support the design of external-facing communications (social posts, blogs, visual storytelling) that create visibility for FPS in the healthcare ecosystem.Innovation in Communication: Experiment with new formats — videos, podcasts, infographics — to tell the FPS story in engaging ways.Roche Singapore Pharma – Local Affiliate FocusContent Creation: Draft and schedule content for internal and external channels, including Roche’s corporate channels and platforms such as LinkedIn.Patient Engagement Support: Assist in developing communications campaigns and assets that support patient engagement initiatives, working with Disease Area teams.Internal Engagement: Support employee engagement programs and internal campaigns that bring Roche’s purpose and culture to life.Media & Communications Support: Assist with media queries, outreach, briefing documents, and event communications.Administrative & Logistical Support: Help prepare materials, organize communications assets, and coordinate with internal and external partners for smooth execution of campaignsWhat You’ll GainExposure to both regional and affiliate-level communications, giving you a holistic view of how corporate communications works in a multinational healthcare company.Hands-on experience in storytelling, patient engagement, internal culture-building, and media outreach.Mentorship from experienced leaders in Public Affairs & Communications, plus visibility to FPS leadership.An opportunity to see your work influence both Roche’s external reputation and internal engagement across Asia-Pacific.Who We’re Looking For3rd or 4th year student in Communications, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or related fields.Strong interest in corporate communications, healthcare storytelling, and social media strategy.Creative thinker with excellent writing skills and an eye for engaging content.Comfortable working on diverse projects — from patient engagement campaigns to internal newsletters to social media posts.Collaborative, curious, and motivated to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
