  • Assist in day-to-day business operations, including administrative support, document preparation, data entry, and internal coordination to ensure smooth business workflows.
  • Provide support in business management tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, compiling business performance data, and tracking project timelines.
  • Assist in basic financial and investment-related research, including gathering market information, preparing investor materials, and supporting internal financial reporting.
  • Help coordinate communications with partners, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of discussions.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by preparing presentation decks, market research summaries, and competitor analysis.
  • Support digital communication tasks, including drafting content for social media, newsletters, and internal announcements aligned with the company’s branding.
  • Participate in the setup and ongoing content population of the company’s official website — assisting with layout, content organization, updates, and liaising with external developers where needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling investment-related data, client communications, and internal strategic documents.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the management team and cross-functional projects
