Production Technician will be carrying out the end-to-end production operations in accordance with the demands and requirements subjected to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) standards, also managing different processes by operating various equipment and to ensure safety, quality and standards are met and machines are well-maintained.Responsibilities:
- Compound fragrances, cosmetic ingredients and mint products with minimal supervision and wastage
- Assist all production processes and equipment are well maintained to conduct daily operating activities
- Replenish raw materials, collect samples for Quality Control testing and to pack finished goods
- Perform other related tasks such as cleaning of mixed vessels and CIP (Cleaning-in-process) for fixed tanks
- Support training compounders on systems, automation and on best practices in process and production
- Assist in investigation such as troubleshooting and provide report on production and process-related issues
- Comply safety procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Philosophy of LEAN and TPM and as well as ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
- Lead projects as assigned and to provide support when required.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Applied Science or relevant fields with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- ITE Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry are highly welcomed too
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in spoken and written English and is a team player
- Proficient in SAP and operating automated dosing machines is an added advantage
- Able to withstand strong smelling working environment
