- Set and manage Sell-Out target achievement for their country/region (Growth, Market share).
- Provide analysis and recommendations with relevant action plans to Area Manager to develop sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain counter quality, brand image and merchandising.
- Monitor stock and optimize product availability at POS.
- Ensure correct implementation of promotions and marketing activities at the POS.
- Negotiate additional spaces and promotional activities with retailers at POS.
- Report relevant information from the field (e.g. our brands, competition, distribution).
- Advises Area Manager on distribution opportunities to expand brand visibility and footprint.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Digital, VM) to define and implement offline & online action plans.
- Follow budget and costs.
- Handles ad hoc field projects.
- Follow up, control and ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and store counterparts.
- Master retail operation and execute brand strategy in collaboration with retailer to deliver results.
- Identify customer requests and alert on major trends and potential issues.
- Influence and partner with retailers on offline & online strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up on sales reporting and gather market insights.
- Lead by example, create positive team synergy.
- Motivate field team to deliver sales and customer service.
- Recruit and integrate Beauty Advisors.
- Set targets at POS level and manage incentives under supervision of Area Manager.
- Manage, develop, coach and evaluate teams.
- Define with Area Manager and Education Manager on Retail Education strategy and action plans.
- Support the implementation of retail education strategy and activities (tools, needs, competition).
- Support education team in the coaching and assessment of BAs (performance, feedback).
- Follow, analyze, review Mystery Shopping results and set up action plan.
- Minimum 5 years retail operations experience, preferably in Travel Retail and/or Beauty industry.
- Self-motivated with “can do” attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good business sense and management skills.
- Analytical and strategic mind.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
- Collaborative mindset to work with multi-brands and multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Proficient in reporting and presentations in MS Office applications.
