JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Market Heating and Cooling Services (District and Retail) or other New Energy Business Services such as electricity, solar and electric vehicle charging to potential clients
  • Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients and maintain business relations with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through services provided
  • Perform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals and responding to clients' requests
  • Perform user requirements gathering and understand their needs
  • Work with project development colleague and contractors to prepare technical proposal and obtain project costing
  • Run financial modelling and structure commercial deal for customers
  • Formulate business proposals and make effective presentations to clients and consultants
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business with a Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Experience in M&E or ACMW is an advantage
  • Has exposure in Financial Modelling
  • Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness with proven track record in sales / marketing and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Work experience in a regional business development role will be a plus
